Revolution - need of Democracy

Our present democratic process is missing the essential element in reflecting eligible voter's will?
system is governed by dictates of political parties.
1.political party selects a candidate based on his primary ability to bear the cost of contesting.
2.his/her cast and predominant population of the voting constituency determines his eligibility.
3.his willingness to accept and toe party's decisions at time of discussion and voting in parliament.
4.for a new member representing a constituency there is hardly ever a chance of talking about his contituency problems as political party wise alloted time by and large gets used up by seniors.
5.the amount each candidate spends is his own/collected from others by number of right ang wrong means which is a commitment of doing good in return to the donor.
6.he has also to create methods for getting reimbursed of money spent for his past election but also plan for next election with 25 to 50% increase in cost.

WITH SO MUCH TOO WORRY FOR HIMSELF AND HIS PARTY HOW CAN HE BE EXPECTED TO LOOK AFTER US-HIS VOTERS?
